Advice Nurse

When little ones get sick, it can be extremely stressful and scary for parents. Advice Nurse is a 2 hour workshop for educating and empowering parents to offset this stress. We will discuss which signs/symptoms are truly concerning, how to manage the basics at home, and what's indication for bringing your child in to be seen by a clinician. Learn how to treat and assess fevers, cough and congestion, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes and more!

Sydney Gressel is an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Public Health Nurse and Pediatric Emergency Nurse with a background in Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care. Sydney is passionate about health education, and particularly enjoys working with parents and young children. When she's home from work, she's busy chasing after her two girls, ages 1 year and 3 years old.

The cost is $35. Please pay in advance here.
